For example, if you scored 60 on the 3rd Evening Exam, you can earn back up to 20% of the 40 points you missed (a maximum of 8 points). If you score an 80 on the In-class bonus quiz, then you will earn 80% of those 8 points, or 6.4 points. Your 3rd Evening Exam score would then be raised to 66.4.
