Given two sets of PDB coordinates, finds all pairs of distances between the sets that are less than a minimal distance. Output is a tab-delimited data set containing per line: distance -tab- PDB line 1 -tab- PDB line 2.

Copy the results into a text file and then import that (tab-delimited) into the corresponding FileMaker database for processing.
