1. Login using your assigned account.

2. Type the command: cd public_html  Press enter to execute it.

3. Type the command: mv index.html.old index.html  Press enter to execute it.

4. Type the command: chmod 644 *  Press enter to execute it.

5. Type the command: cd ~  Press enter to execute it.

6. Type the command: chmod 755 public_html  Press enter to execute it.

7. Type the command: chmod 751 .  Press enter to execute it.

8. Go to your new URL.   http://www.chem.umass.edu/~username
