Early Registration (deadline 1 May 2010):

Abstract submission by this deadline for invited short talk consideration

Registration (deadline 5 June 2010):

Abstract Submissions:

Those wishing to make poster presentations at the RMC should submit abstracts in timely fashion. Poster abstracts submitted early (by 1 May 2010) will be considered for short talk invitations. The final deadline for abstract submissions will be 5 June 2010.

Late Registration (after 5 June 2010):

Full registration        $225
Student registration
 $125

Excursion:

A trip to Old Sturbridge Village has been arranged for $35 per person (including round trip transportation from and to UMass). There are limited spots available, so sign up early as part of your registration process below!

Cancellation Policy (deadline 5 June 2010):

If you cancel a paid registration by 5 June 2010, you will receive a refund minus a $35 processing fee.

On-campus housing reservations are available and recommended as part of the e-registration process. On campus housing is $50 per night per person at the air conditioned North Residential student apartments near the meeting venue; further details about on-campus housing can be seen in a new window if you wish. Off campus housing arrangements will be the responsibility of the attendee; see information in a new window if you wish.

When you are planning your travel, note that there is a discount for shuttle reservations made with Valley Transporter shuttle service between Bradley International Airport and UMass Amherst, if you specifically say you are with the UMass Amherst Reaction Mechanisms Conference.   • Check possibilities for off campus housing, if you prefer
  • If desired, submit an abstract

As is traditional at RMC meetings, daily dinner arrangements will be up to the attendee.
